Our Engineering and Design group at John G. Wilson Machine Ltd begin working with our customers at the request for quotation stage RFQ of your product’s development. We work with customers to analyze design, the Bill of Materials, advise cost savings, to submit quotations quickly and efficiently.
If you need to reverse engineer a part, design from concept or improve existing designs, we can meet that challenge with efficiency.
Almost all CAD formats can be imported into our native CAD system for translation to shop floor documents, routing and structure to bring your product to realization.
Our in-house tool room and toolmakers bring experience from many backgrounds, equipping us to create innovative methods to manufacture end products. With licensed Tool & Die, General Machinist, Mechanic, and Fitter/Welder journeymen on staff, our ability to produce effective stamping tools, form dies, machine tool and weld fixtures make John G.
